Art Reflects is a Community Arts of Elmira arts education program featuring an expressive arts class for those with the diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias and their Care Partners, offered at no cost and includes supplies. Although Art Reflects hands on art classes focus more on the socialization of the activity than the final artwork, Community Arts of Elmira does host an Art Reflects exhibition of participants' artwork.

City Hall Art is a Creative Community Collaboration between Community Arts of Elmira and the City of Elmira with Second District Councilperson Brent Stermer that displays two-dimensional artwork on the third-floor walls of Elmira City Hall, 317 E. Clemens and The Pen is a Community Arts of Elmira arts education program with the support of the Elmira College Center for Mark Twain Studies https://marktwainstudies.com. Clemens and The Pen also features Clemens and The Pen - Quarry Farm Porch - Studio Session for artists through Application. During this annual session, artists participate in a self-directed studio session in their individual artistic genres/forms, for example, photography, painting, writing, poetry, fashion, design, outdoors only.
